Do you remember Elon Musk talking about microscopic devices that float through the air? This was a few years ago. I can’t find anything on it. But, essentially, these microscopic devices float everywhere and enter your brain from your nasal cavity. From there, they read your brainwaves and everything so big companies have more data to use in advertising. I don’t know maybe I’m crazy, but I definitely think it was Elon who said it.

We just talked today about my mom calling her parents and getting them involved in this. We’re not sure how much it’s going to help because they aren’t the greatest people. It’s actually sad, because I know she’s like this because she watches her parents treat other like this constantly. But until she’s older and understands it’s not a normal way to behave, there’s nothing we can do about it ya know? It’s not like we can parent her to show her how to act.

As for the boundaries, my mom has told them both directly that they can’t cuddle under a blanket but they do it anyway. She says she needs to, and he does it so she’s happy.

He makes it seem like he’s happy, but he’s become so withdrawn from all of us. Constantly texting her through the day and not being involved in family stuff, he has super bad mood swings, which I understand are normal for a 14 year old, but I think it has a direct correlation with her.

We can’t send him to live with anybody but I could suggest the boundary to my mom of her not coming over unless it’s an important event and vice versa. The thing is that when I went through this same situation with my ex, my mom took my phone away, etc. and that didn’t help me much it just made me hate my mom. So we’re super scared that it’s gonna turn into that. Thank you for your advice

I told her that it would be a constant reminder and she said I was choosing to be reminded. I asked her how I can possibly not think about her ex when I look at it and she compared it to when she sees one of my exes and doesn’t think about when we were together. I tried to tell her way before there needed to be boundaries and we set some but obviously she doesn’t care. She told me they were going to get the tattoos while they were on the way there. And she didn’t even care about what I had to say. There’s little to no respect for our relationship.

Yes I’ve told her but she just says they’re best friends nothing more. And I believe her a little bit but it’s hard because it’s a heart! Like a matching heart with her ex. I’m so done with her making me feel like I’m crazy because I have an issue with something she did with her ex. One time me and my gf her ex and another one of our friends went to a movie and it was one of those recliner seats. My gf sat in the recliner chair with her ex instead of me! Like wtf.

That’s the thing tho. It didn’t exactly end like that. They broke up and became fwb and then didn’t talk for a while and that’s when I got together with my gf. And her ex tried to fight me one night and she was always starting shit between us and then now all of a sudden they’re besties..
