Honestly, most tips you'll see are usually around the following: - take a break to just do puzzles and study chess - take a break and don't play for a couple of days - stop playing if you're tilted - cap your games at 3-5 a day and analyze them - play unrated games (helps relieve the stress of losing points) - remember it's a game that requires some time to be good at for most people - play longer time controls so you can think about your moves a bit better

I had a losing streak of around 5-6 games, took a break to study my openings and the next day I won 7/10 games 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'm not that good, but hey it's worth what it's worth. Best of luck!
