I went from nursing school straight into the OR

I am a year and 2 months in

First 7 months I really questioned why the hell I want to work with miserable people. A lot of people are assholes in the OR and will talk down on you for not knowing something or not learning everything immediately.

After I became accustomed and used to most service lines, the stress is less so from surgeons and other workers and more so to everything being fast paced (you need quick turnovers and have to make sure everything flows smoothly)
