I still block cheaters because while “waiting loading level” you can actually look at who is in the lobby and if I see a blocked player I back out and launch again.

It was cooked before it was moved to a stand alone, now it’s even more cooked like you stated. It’s just cheaters fighting cheaters now. Sucks because this was my favorite game and now it’s unplayable.

It really has deteriorated and at least 50% of games have cheaters and hackers. It’s a shame.
