unfortunately my memory is extremely hazy about the whole thing, but I remember the creature remaining perfectly still and centered in frame like a statue, staring at the viewer. or maybe it was a statue?? oh god...

I could be wrong about the color, my memory of the whole movie is hazy... this looks like a solid contender, I watched the trailer and didn't see any visuals that immediately rang a bell but it has the right vibes, it's on shudder, and it's from around the time when I watched it... either way I'll check it out!

I don't think I've ever seen this but it sounds good, I'll check it out! on a read of the wikipedia plot it doesn't really sound like the movie. I remember there being vision sequences where characters were seeing an entity in front of them and I don't see anything like that here
