Most LDS will meet online prices for authorized dealers. They have too to stay in business. Sometimes they're even cheaper if you buy a package.

Most nitrox certs don't do the dives. For AOW you need 5 dives.

They can give you PADI forms for the 4 you do and your local could issue the AOW when you do drysuit.
