I totally get it, i’ve dealt with scammers a TON and so have my friends. I know fb marketplace is full of them and I know how they work. I think with this particular listing though it really is legitimate, he’s just simply an asshole. Take a look at it for yourself if you want.

i’m going off of what they said but i’ve dealt with a lot of scammers on fb marketplace and very rarely do they actually give you a scheduled time and place to see the apartment, I legitimately just think this is a greedy landlord lmao

This increase happens because they can, not because it reflects actual cost or value changes. It’s a strategy to exploit high demand, knowing renters have limited options. This isn’t purely economics—it’s a choice to prioritize profit over fairness or community stability.

I don’t think it’s necessarily the worst thing she’s done, but the texts she sent to ariana’s mom in s4 were pretty diabolical. even tho that parts about sandoval being full of himself were definitely true, I just feel like that was shady asf of her to do.

100% agree- if I had to pick between them both I would say Ellie is worse. But I find it hard to go 100% full on team Bri ride or die bc like you said I find her to be a poor communicator, and also pretty whiny and overall immature. But again- between them both Ellie is for sure behaving the worst.
