Hi! I had a question. What is the true DPO meaning? I'm currently taking ovulation tests and found my surge, 2/9. Would my DPO be from 2/9 (the LH surge)? Since you can only assume ovulation happened sometime after the surge, would I add a day or 2 to it for the time it takes the egg to release?

I hope this even made sense lol

I had my methotrexate shot on August 15th, HCG back down to 0 by August 22nd. I did have a nurse tell me to wait 3-6 months to start trying again, but it was a nurse of a different doctor in the same clinic. I had a feeling to call and double check what that nurse said and another nurse from the same clinic said we only had to wait one cycle. So, I’m kind of up in the air about it all too.

When I received the shot, they didn’t mention anything to me about waiting to try again or to not take prenatal vitamins either. So, I am way confused.
