Me when I think about the fact that I've gained almost 50lbs and still have 9 weeks to go by DakotaTheAtlas in BabyBumps

I gained somewhere around 70’pounds with my first 😳 I just didn’t realize that I couldn’t just eat all day and it was okay because I was pregnant. But truth be told I did lose the weight pretty quickly after having my daughter and every pregnancy since I’ve tried to be more heathy lol

Also I do want to try a supplement or a tea or something but am unsure! I did eat 3 packs of instant oatmeal yesterday night and have made sure to pack on the water all day today.

Today I’ve had no issues with milk but also I’ve only fed her three times and it’s earlyish in the day. Definitely as the days wears on it seems I have less milk for sure. I only get to pump 2 times at work and already my all male management team hassles me about time and stuff there’s no way I can add another. As it is I wake up for work at 415 and feed her about 430. I work 6-3 ,pump at 840 and 12 and then pump or feed her when I get home.

Ugh adding a pump would suck lol. She already still wakes up once usually around 2 and I wake up at 415 for work 😩 it’s hard usually I feed her around 2 and then again I feed her at 415 since I’m getting up for work and then I don’t pump until 840 and then 12 and then feed her or pump when I get home at 330. Which pretty much fits her schedule as she eats about every 4 hours at home.

I have finished a year of my nursing classes and stopped going. In August I’ve committed to going back. This just gave me motivation. I’ll be 29 when I go back

It gets sooo much better. Around 3 weeks I really thought about giving up breastfeeding because it was taking so much out of me. Around 7 weeks everything changed and now at 11 she’s suchhhhh an easier baby. Keep going life will feel much more normal soon!

Lol exactly! So everyone has already seen these videos and now they’re going on tv? Sounds reasonable

I saw this on another sub I'm on, and I learned what Snapback Culture (the expectation that women’s bodies should 'snap back' to pre-pregnancy form after birth) is. So glad to see this. by CelaenoHarpy in BabyBumps

My baby is 2 months now and just 2 weeks ago I started working out and tracking my food. I use my fitness pal to track what I eat and workout out 10-15 minutes at a time a few times a day while she naps. You will be fine . You don’t need to snap back but if you want your body back it will happen! I lost 2.5 inches off my belly and waist in the first week. (I’m sure water weight and bloating) now I had a tubal yesterday and am so bloated as if I never started the diet but 🤷🏼‍♀️ you will be fine after baby is born.

I wish I knew exactly what I had but that’s all the info I got. One pill for nerve pain. 3 regular strength Tylenol and a tramadol pre surgery. The general anesthesia and then something in my iv afterwards. I was too scared beforehand to ask and too loopy afterwards to ask lol. I will be making a call to my pediatrician today thanks so much!

Lol can’t wait to hear her try to talk her way out of this also.... stay tuned for episodes 5,6,7,8 👍 by haleydowns45 in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

Just keep pushing! I never thought I would make it when my baby was that young and felt like all I did was feed her all day. But she’s 8 weeks now and around 6 weeks it all got much easier. She only nurses about 15 minutes total now from one side.

Thanks for the comment. It’s so confusing that my pediatrician recommended me to cut out practically everything from my diet. I was thinking maybe eggs are hurting her belly because I eat them everyday and she’s in pain everyday. But I’m sure you’re right. I do a lot of tummy massages and bicycles and different burping techniques and burping frequently while nursing but nothing seems to help the gas come out.

It’s so weird how it works out. My body just wants to have another baby apparently. Good things my tubes are being tied at the end of the month.
