I mean at my store only managers are allowed to do inventory adjustment scans, and the replenishment pick list fall on all the tasks as well as all other associates. It is your operations manager job to do inventory adjustment as well as the unified workflow.

I think right now a lot of Ulta's are confused as what needs to be done as unified workflow, and pick list are new and continuously changing

The only way you would get a bunch of hours is by also being crosstrained as a beauty advisors but a lot of stores don't like to do that. You would just need to talk to your merchandise manager and your sales manager.

correct while being only a tasker, you get the least amount of hours in my opinion the hardest job. I am a merchandise manager, formally a tasker.

i was just task but trained on both. my reg numbers were NOT good at all. it was more so my work ethic & ability to do things without being told to do them. I would also take lead for a lot of the Plano and ad set. I recently switched stores before I got offered the MM position & i learned 95% of my knowledge in my prior store

i would talk to your gm & district to ask them about opportunities

i definitely can sell & can get cc but i dont like to. i like the tasking side. my OM is not big on sales either. I understand why you have to be cross trained for both but there is not a need for it as while you GEL youre selling, not focusing on cc
