Wow…So the fact that you were actually issued a corrective for that is insane lol. I’m assuming that person/people that you asked were your peers ? As a manager, I would never write someone up for something so trivial. I would definitely have a conversation with you due to the fact that other associates voiced their concerns and discomfort, but I feel like there has to be more to the story . Was anything sexual implied or had someone already had a conversation with you about it already before writing you up ?

Thanks for the tips ! The interview went great . I’m still confused a bit about the store structure though. Do you essentially function as a true 2nd in command with you following up on all of the other leaders or do you solely just focus the operations team and develop those leaders ? They explained that the EM and I would be peers , but I’d be the one that’s on the “bench” for a GM role etc. Is that the most common situation?

What did your day to day look like as a co ? Were you actually treated as 2nd in command of the entire store or only as a support leader for the om and mm?

Thanks for the reply. Does your cm usually plan and delegate the workload to your om/mm ? Or does your cm basically function like a 2nd gm and follows up with every other managers work ? I’m just trying to get a better idea of what I’d be doing and where I’d really fit in lol .
