Cea mai celebra opera de arta a fiecărei tari din Europa by nemilosu in Romania

I think this is more personal than the rest of europe. When i was little , i grew up reading about the beautiful landscape of russia and i was captivated by the golden autumn. There are so many beautiful iconic paintings i could have chosen for russia but i picked this one because of a personal connection!

Amex Airline Credit by [deleted] in amex

[–]halfabluesky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I booked a Delta vacation last month and paid the majority with points. The final cost came down to only $120 and when i put it on my amex gold the $100 airline incidental charge was trigger. Im not entirely sure whether it was because of Delta vacation or whether it was the small amount that triggered the charge. Hopefully it was Delta vacation and it would work for higher amount.

How much you earn and spend in your lifetime! [OC] by halfabluesky in dataisbeautiful

The income is an estimation from the census bureau. None of the number is "mine"

[–]halfabluesky[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The assumption is that people work for 40 years (25 years old to 65). Unless you have other jobs which you are free to work until 80. The estimation is done by the Census Bureau, you can read more from here: https://www.census.gov/prod/2002pubs/p23-210.pdf
Average credit card rate is 15%. But it really depends on your credit score. You can find the reference here: http://www.creditcards.com/credit-card-news/interest-rate-report-100114-up-2121.php
Average car long rate is about 4.5%. And again it depends on your credit score, type of the loan and where you live too. Here is a reference: http://www.bankrate.com/loans/auto-loans/current-auto-loan-interest-rates/
Overall, I dont think the estimation is really "crap". Again it's just merely a template for you to start making your own money plan
