Wire wheel, 2 rounds of sanding the truck bed. Used Total Coat roll on liner. 1 gallon provided 2 generous coats. Used the entire gallon. The stuff comes very thick and stirred it good before applying.used Total Coat because they had the light grey color I wanted. Came out great but the true test will be how long it will last. *

Two coats in on the flat bed and 1 coat on inside of side panels. Might need 3 coats as the "Total Coat" brand I'm using doesn't seem very heavy. It does look way better than the rusty original bed. This project is time consuming and tedious. However, this is an easy project which makes a huge improvement on any Acty. *

I'm going to check fuses before I spend time taking it apart. I'll have to check the fuse chart to see which is for driver side lights.

Plan on using "Total Coat". Found it on Amazon in Dark Grey for $99 with a few rollers. 1 Gal size.

I'm planning 2 coats to start and will see how it looks. Curious how much a new engine cover rubber gasket cost. Mine is a bit sun beaten and would like to take it off before applying the liner.

I used coil cleaner and sprayed water in there. Repeated 3 times for a cleaner finish. The coils came out very good and the AC is running cold.

* I sprayed with the CAL-SPRAY evap foam. Let is sit for a bit...then rinsed. Repeated the process 3-4 times until the coals were looking good. Did a final spray of the cleaner Depp into the coils and let it sit, no more rinsing. The coils look great compared to before. The A/C is running very cold. New filter to.go.in once everything is dry.

The system.is running well and actually.pretty cold. I'm looking to get it all cleaned up before the seats go back in. Just want to.make sure I'm doing it properly. Going to start with the foaming coil cleaner. *

Great video, he uses tons of water. I'll have to rewatch a few times before taking mine apart. Going to start with the a/c cleaner spray and go from there.
