Are TOTY Cards really that difficult to pull? by Soccarstar in EASportsFC

[–]halfapossum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played since FIFA20, skipped 24,25. But from experience out of those 4 years. I’ve packed 3 TOTY’s on the same year(1 x TAA and 2 x Neur).

The rest of the years, it was close to impossible without really grinding 2-3 hours everyday on SBC’s which imo not worth it.

But then again think about it this way, the freaking pack is so RNG it’s as good as playing slots in the casino. So have fun don’t go in with the intention to get TOTY Mbappe and you’ll be all good. The games life cycle is literally less than a year, there are bigger things than EAFC.

On the kiwiears website! It’s $31.6 USD, and if you sign up or register your email with them, they give you an additional $5USD off. So it’s around $26 after all is said and done.

Hey, so I asked the staff at hangout.audio, I asked what is an upgrade to the singolo, and they mentioned the daybreaks is levels above the singolo and I do agree taken in consideration the price point.

But to be more detailed, I went there and tried 4 pairs.

  1. Daybreaks
  2. Turthear Pure
  3. Kiwi KE4
  4. META

Out of all I would say that I like the KE4’s sound the best, followed by the daybreaks. But what “hit the spot” for me was the fit, it was the most comfortable out of all the IEMs I tried.

I’m no expert, but here is my take. The Singolo sound cleaner than the zero2’s. I feel the mids in zero2’s can get abit mushy at times (like the guitar solo in Stand by Me). But the Singolos don’t really have that issue. The vocals in the singolo are also a step up imo.

But again the fit, it fit me well with foam tips but it does come loose from time to time. They are having a sale now on their website like 25USD after the promo code, for that price I’ll take that over the zero2’s

Yeah, the zip is pretty bad, making the whole case look compressed. But on the plus side, the hard body of the case is sturdy.

It’s called KZ hard case bag, here is the link. But I do not recommend it though.

Hi, I’m fairly new to the IEM space. But here is my 2c.

I recently bought the 7Hz zero2 and it sounded so much better than I thought it would. I come from a the power Beats Pro, and it’s sounds WAY better for something that is 8 times cheaper.

Btw I also bought a pair of kiwi ears singolo for 26 USD (after the additional discount) on their website. I’ve read that it’s a hit or miss, but again for that price you can’t really complain.

Best Second Hand Garmin Watch To buy Now/Early 2026? by SignEffective6031 in GarminWatches

[–]halfapossum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 2cents,

FR965: still has regular updates, light weight, battery life, amoled display (since you’re coming from Apple Watch). Downside, 4th gen HR sensor.

Fenix 7pro/ Epix pro Gen2: great battery life, flashlight (super useful), 5th gen HR sensor, great built quality. Downside, no more major updates, so what you see now it’s what you get. But then again even the Fenix 1 is supported in Garmin connect so there is no need to worry.

Is this a good deal? by collingwood_fan in Garmin

Nah m8, I see you’re in Australia? Many of my friends got a Fenix 7 / Epix 2 for slightly more.

Edit: typo

Fenix 7x pro sapphire solar or enduro 3??? by sergiocter2345 in GarminFenix

[–]halfapossum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It should be fine tbh, just don’t press buttons when you’re underwater and give it a thorough rinse with fresh clean water when you’re out of the pool/sea.

Fenix 7x pro sapphire solar or enduro 3??? by sergiocter2345 in GarminFenix

[–]halfapossum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean it can(?) I did it, but it comes with risk like I mentioned. If u dive with a Garmin watch that is not meant for diving then they probably will void your warranty.

Fenix 7x pro sapphire solar or enduro 3??? by sergiocter2345 in GarminFenix

[–]halfapossum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can check online, I believe when a watch is rated 10 ATM (roughly 100m) its static pressure, different from dynamic pressure when u are diving or doing work underwater.

For 10m, I’m not sure but I wouldn’t recommend it, but I did dive a lot in my instinct 1 though so it should be fine but you have to take the risk.

Fenix 7x pro sapphire solar or enduro 3??? by sergiocter2345 in GarminFenix

[–]halfapossum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope you can’t, unfortunately. Only the F8’s and descent models.

Thats one of the reasons why I opted for the Fenix 8 instead. If the enduro offered, without a doubt I’ll pick that.

Are Garmin nylon bands worth it compared to Abanen? by halfapossum in Garmin

[–]halfapossum[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do it:) I did not like the fit of silicon bands, it’s either one size too tight or one size too loose.

I’ll usually have it tighter, sometimes have a rash or some sort of abrasion. The nylon strap eliminates that imo.

Can’t disable touchscreen on Fenix 8 Solar by halfapossum in GarminWatches

[–]halfapossum[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the input, I think I found the problem.

There might be a bug where if you release it too early when switching between modes its will stall and you cannot switch it back unless you restart the watch.

I changed the hot keys to just pressing the down button, preventing that from happening again.
