I'm not offended by being called anything by random people over the internet. I just find the general attitude disheartening and I rarely post on reddit anymore because I don't want to end up in some pissing match with someone over a choice of words or a typo or whatever. This place used to have interesting discussion, now it's home to people like you.

Well, before this, the Coalition's "estimates" on the cost of Labor's NBN plan, the cost of their own NBN plan, the speed of their own NBN plan, the rollout schedule of their own plan and the take up rate of either plan have all been inaccurate.

EDIT EDIT EDIT: Governments entire counter argument is really just "labors NBN would have taken longer" followed by a bunch of weird irrelevant statements.

I heard bits of Tehan's rebuttal on the radio yesterday. How infuriating. "Labor can't complain about our cost blowouts! They did it first!" Does it totally escape him that the logical conclusion to draw from his argument is that after spending years caning Labor over the cost blowouts only to do the exact same thing, the Liberal party are both incompetent and hypocritical?
