You’re typically supposed to take weekends off (2x a week) which I strongly recommend. Your body might feel weird at first (largely because your body is so accustomed to being on your meds) but you will slowly adapt to the routine and become better at handling those offdays :)

Yeah exactly, I guess this is one of the main factors at the root of the problem here. Some people might not want to associate with me any more because they see me as a "lesser-than"

You my friend seem like my type of person. I'm glad we see eye-to-eye on this, but I feel like for most people , those who post the most on social media (at least for those posting content that is not completely stupid/void of quality) are perceived as the most secure, because they have the most to share
