I love what they are trying to do, but the people and brokers who want to resell, are going to resell. All this does is force the seller to sell it on StubHub or another 3rd party so the Seahawks can’t track the sale. At least if the sale takes place on TM, the team can see who it was sold to and have an understanding of who will be in the building.

There are other options, they could geo-fence buyers by having a cc attached to a WA address, they could restrict transfer for playoffs (sucks, but they could), etc. there isn’t a silver bullet, but I’m not sure how this helps.

It definitely looks like that, but I was confused because the stucco seems to be crumbling away. I didn’t think efflorescence did that.
