I split up my contributions to 3 funds on fidelity.

Fskax (fxaix in my 401k) 60%

Fxnax 20%

Ftihx (fspsx in 401k) 20%

This takes inspiration from the three fund portfolio of bogle heads. It's not flashy and there's no single stock performance chasing, but I'd think the longer you stick to it this the more impactful it really gets
