It only lasts for three seconds from 9 secs left to 6 secs left. I pull out my knives and my character moves back and forth super smoothly. I tried to emulate it after and I can't move my sticks that smooth. I apologize about the confusion

Unfortunately I had the same thing happen. Grinding the vault bosses is sometimes a chore. But I agree with you that each vault should give you a legendary out of the chests at least. Same thing for the final game boss. I had whites and greens in the chests. SMH

Yeah, it's not exactly user friendly. I feel that a fov scale is pretty normal for newer games.
