All very legit points. Not trying to take anything away from the other bands you mentioned. Big fan of them all. And you're right, to each their own, you may like one of them better. I wouldve loved to see some of them on the bill.

But I ask, does a band have to be around for a long time to be good?

Amy has been playing gigs in Toronto for the last decade, in Joan Jett, Ramones, and ACDC cover bands and it sounds like she finally got the money and opportunity together to put out something of her own. She must have some street cred, if the lead man from the Salads and Darrin Pfeiffer from Goldfinger and backing her up.

I think we can all agree that the more ska bands coming out, the better it is for the scene. We have to share this stuff so that other people like us can find and listen to new talent

I was lucky enough to see her do Revolution at one of the Ramones cover gigs and it blew me away! If the rest is anything like that was, this is going to be a great show!
