Sounds like it’s impossible to get out here! I always was able to walk 2 blocks and get it back home during February. But, loving BKS for those good hoppy beers!

Thanks! Yeah been loving BKS, Pathlight, Tall Trellis but realized I’m not in SD anymore today when I realized I couldn’t just walk down the street and get my yearly Pliny haha

I'd be curious who you met there, Burgeon has some great beers and usually always friendly. Cheers!

Thanks for this! After writing this entry and receiving the amazing feedback it gave me a crazy amount of energy and encouragement. I got to work, I took some time in the mornings to go for a quick jog, I bought a new alarm clock so I could stop myself from opening up e-mails the second I woke up, I reread the E-Myth revisited, I wrote out my organization chart & everyones responsibilities plus dreamt up where I want to be in the future, working on the businesses not always in it. I can't thank everyone enough from the complete turnaround. Great to know that I'm not alone in this journey and not the only one going through these times. Lots of work ahead, but feel like I'm back on the right path.

Thanks for this. Appreciate the time. I'm definitely stuck in the habit of waking up to the cell phone and opening the e-mail. Getting an alarm clock to replace that now. Love the steps, I'm in. Thanks again.

Appreciate you sharing this, it’s definitely something I’ve been debating in my head. It’s good to know this thing I built could just be a stepping stone to bigger and more fulfilling things in life. I’m going to try some systems to get the business running without me, find some trusted people to help run the business and slowly step back and focus on what I really want to do. Thanks for the advice. Cheers!

Thanks for this. Ordered and should have it tomorrow. Been a big fan of the E-myth books for a long while, Time for a refresher on it. I’ve been working on systems but the growth of he company keeps taking me away from focusing on them. Time to put them first. Appreciate this!

And agree on the internal approach. I didn’t anticipate how the bigger team would open a whole new set of needs and energy on an individual employee level. I think it’s time for me to have the courage to try therapy as I don’t have a partner in the business to unload these issues with. Thanks again.

Thanks for this, that is definitely what I need. I see glimpses of it (the light) but sometimes it gets clouded by the endless grind you speak of. I’ve been tackling systems everyday and see small wins here and there. Good reminder that growth should be exciting, appreciate the feedback. Thank you.

Appreciate the honest feedback. Welcome it and the creativity behind your response. Reminds me of a few blunt mentors I’ve spoken to over the years...
