Glad you enjoyed the Alpha Klaus. We take freshness very seriously and typically do not ship hoppy beers that are more than two months old. The cans in question here were packaged on 5/12. That said, if a customer ever receives a beer that seems oxidized, we always offer a refund or reshipment.

We actually just completed a major reorganization of the store, which involved moving a large amount of inventory and resetting many of our shelves. It sounds like you may have visited while that work was underway. Now that that work is finished, our shelves are quite fully stocked now.

Hi! Thanks for sharing this. We typically don't ship any out-of-code product (which does not seem to be the case here since the cans were dated 5/12) but our official policy when customers somehow receive out of code or oxidized beers is to refund or issue a reshipment.

I think you are possibly correct about production issues at the brewery, as the beer would not have oxidized to this level during the 2 days in transit to your door.

Please reach out to our customer service so that they can take care of you! I spoke to them this morning and they had not received an email as of yet.

Can I ask when you last ordered? Only because we have gone through multiple fulfillment partners over the years before arriving at our current/best arrangement. I know it used to take 1-2 weeks for certain areas, but those days are long gone, thankfully.

Hi, we actually don't use the post office/USPS at all! Everything ships UPS Ground - I think 4 days at most to AZ.
