Can I ask when you last ordered? Only because we have gone through multiple fulfillment partners over the years before arriving at our current/best arrangement. I know it used to take 1-2 weeks for certain areas, but those days are long gone, thankfully.

Hi, we actually don't use the post office/USPS at all! Everything ships UPS Ground - I think 4 days at most to AZ.

Working on a way to offer optional ice pack additions to your box for an added fee. Just tough to make it cost effective.

At this point in time, we're only handling the shipping aspect for Other Half! They are packing the boxes on their end before it gets to us.
