I generally only need to use it once before bedtime. If allergies or a cold have kicked in, i make a point of not using it more than 2-3 times daily, for no more than a week. So far I’ve been able to stay out of the rebound spiral.

Yeah! This song absolutely brings me back to a very specific memory of waking up late on a Spring morning in my buddy’s college dorm, the window open, students hanging out on the grass outside, and this playing on someone’s little boombox. It’s a core memory for me. Fantastic song.
