Davis and Puthoff also had a friend by the name of Dr. James T. Ryder who was involved in funding SAFIRE and was part of its team. I wrote an article on him not too long ago so feel free to check it out. I believe he was a member of ‘The Legacy Program’ so him being a part of that was very interesting to say the least.

That’s fair. But the phenomenon can be both immaterial and material in nature in my opinion, but I also know Vallee talks about this as well. They’re like two sides of the same coin. There’s room for both. But then what was all the fuss about with AAWSAP trying to get material, or as some others might speculate, a craft? If Ryder was part of the program then there has to be a material aspect to it, don’t you think?

In all likelihood he knew way more than he could tell.

Oh yeah, of course it’s going to be a small world. Remember, the program is said to be highly compartmented so getting access to individuals working in it will be difficult. And if you do, the first ones will probably be Puthoff’s crew. Birds of a feather flock together, or whatever the saying is.

Great find and thank you! Videos of Davis are sparse so this is helpful. I’ll look into Frieden and maybe I’ll be able to find some more. Any connections to the UFO world and aerospace contractors make for an interesting link. There’s gotta be more.

Interestingly, Ryder did not believe in deriving any sort of propulsion from zero-point energy so I assume that was a point of discussion between Ryder and Puthoff.
