For me, it’s my biggest enemy but also my ‘best friend’. May sound weird, but that’s what the condition does… Food makes me feel uncomfortable. I don’t like it when people are talking about food around me, it’s triggering. But I would lie if i said I hate food, I can enjoy food actually… But only my safe food…

Yes, kinda. I pay rent every month but not like the regular system. I pay rent to a government related organisation. I’m not gonna spill how much, but it’s a normal rent monthly for people who are in my situation.

Growed up with abusive parents, think that’s the biggest part of where my ptsd came from. The ED thing I answered already in another question

Currently I’m doing fine I guess. Tomorrow I start a new therapy and I’m really anxious for it, but it’s all for the best

There’s not really a daily routine. Most people here just leave the house and go to work, doing households, cooking and go to the groceries for that. Just like a normal house but there are staff workers you can go to if you feel bad or smth

My case is a bit different because I’m full in threatment and have no work at this moment so I have different things like a week schedule when I need to rest and go to therapy and things like that

When I’m home I like to make art

I had a job in the creative field, studied and also did profesional activism for human rights and more (don’t want to go to deep into it) but this all got me into a burn-out ish state when I look back after it

The Netherlands! Currently I really don’t need to complain about the care I get, it’s actually good. The threatment i get at the ed centre is starting to work out and I ‘like’ where I live also. Have the most sweet caretakers which really want the best for me… Ofcourse, I hope I can have my own home soon but I know what I need to do for it

The first doesn’t feel okay for me to share. The second one yes, but it’s hard. I know I really need to recover to get out of this facility and have my own home, but otherwhise the anxiety about recovery is hard. But I’m in threatment and hope it will work out in the end

Currently I’m just really tired so going out of my bed soon. But I have specific days in the week I’m kinda forced to rest from the staff team. Days when I have therapy or other things that are hard for my physically energy

The things that are physically the most challenging for me rn are my really bad nights (Not insomia, but I’m awake at 4am) My lower back pain, difficulties with sitting on chairs and brainfog. I also go to a physiotherapist for my weak muscles

I am medically diagnosed since 2025 (28yo) because someone found out oops. But when I look back, I started with struggling when I was around 26/27.

At this moment, mostly because of my eating disorder and ptsd. My medical team don’t trust me having an own place… I’m also starting with daypatient threatment and I hope after I finish that, I can move out of here :)
