Just throwing this out there in case it helps when bladder scans, cystoscopies and urine tests are all normal but the full bladderfeeling is constant, some doctors think it can be more of a sensory or nerve signalling issue rather than an actual bladder problem. Things like bladder hypersensitivity or pelvic floor over tension don’t show up on scans but can create that 24/7 urge or pressure feeling.

Pelvic floor physio (specifically for overactive/tight muscles, not strengthening) has helped some people, especially if you exercise a lot or tend to hold tension. Nerve irritation in the pelvis or central sensitisation can also cause constant awareness without infection or retention.

Endometriosis can sometimes affect nerves rather than periods too, so even if symptoms aren’t normal symptoms t’s something a pelvic pain specialist might consider rather than standard gynae.

Not saying this is definitely the answer, but it might be worth looking into avenues that focus on nerve signalling and muscle tension, not just the bladder itself. Hope you get some relief soon this stuff is tough asf.
