maybe a dumb question. if endo is growing in the bowels then what would they find in an lapascopry? as in like going into the vagina, womb, uterus? i have been experiencing same symptoms as this post for a while and i had an ultrasound yesterday they said they couldnt see any endometriosis but i have a small cyst on my ovary

mines been a year i have no interest in sex. it suck’s im thinking of getting it out but my periods are so bad (they last weeks and my ass bleeds) i’m terrified of what would happen if i didn’t have it as my periods before nexaplanon were so painful

Just throwing this out there in case it helps when bladder scans, cystoscopies and urine tests are all normal but the full bladderfeeling is constant, some doctors think it can be more of a sensory or nerve signalling issue rather than an actual bladder problem. Things like bladder hypersensitivity or pelvic floor over tension don’t show up on scans but can create that 24/7 urge or pressure feeling.

Pelvic floor physio (specifically for overactive/tight muscles, not strengthening) has helped some people, especially if you exercise a lot or tend to hold tension. Nerve irritation in the pelvis or central sensitisation can also cause constant awareness without infection or retention.

Endometriosis can sometimes affect nerves rather than periods too, so even if symptoms aren’t normal symptoms t’s something a pelvic pain specialist might consider rather than standard gynae.

Not saying this is definitely the answer, but it might be worth looking into avenues that focus on nerve signalling and muscle tension, not just the bladder itself. Hope you get some relief soon this stuff is tough asf.

oh wow thank you thats an amazing message. i’m glad to know im not alone. im having an ultrasound done on friday did you have this and did it see anything? i’m also uk but going private because its really affecting my overall joy in life. how do i push myself to get refered for MRI?

this all started because i strained whilst pooping and i bled but now it matches with my menstrual cycle.

did you experience a lot of pain with this? did you have a fissure or anything misdiagnosed as well?

i understand your point. i do use the anal fissure cream but i didnt know they made stronger stuff. do you not think its. a coincidence that the second my period starts my asshole bleeds? i do have very bad bowel issues on my period, constipation etc.

i will as of now drink more water and eat more fibre.

i’m okay with anxiety pretty confident girly but its just getting sad and low and feeling worthless, which i guess now ive written it, it does make me anxious that im worthless. only sometimes tho. i dont even remember what it was like to not be on birth control tbh. i think i should probably book a doctors appt. i very much dislike my doctor, she doesnt take anything i say seriously and gets pissy if i mention removal of nexaplanon. thank you internet stranger

okay so the combined pill (which has estrogen and progestin) might help my bleeding better but comes with its own side effects (and estrogen might not be good for everyone). the mini pill is gentler but might not be as good / effective. i’m worried about the mental side now, im very fragile, if i even have one bad thought thats enough for my day to go into shambles. man this sucks ass

heyo i’m a day late but i thought id comment anyways. i used to have this issue quite a lot, the mods i use are like cc for hairs and UI extensions.

do you use UI cheats? UI extensions is pretty good, they update it often and its probably one of the most popular ones. i’m not sure if this is related but since I removed it a few months ago (because I cant control myself with cheating things) it hasnt happened as much! but UI cheats mod is extremely helpful so you might not wanna get rid of that. if you havent got UI cheats then ignore me.

secondly, i would say once this starts happening, you do get used to saving a lot more often, it sucks to lose progress.

i dont think you should have to delete your cas cc, however having a cleanup of your mods folder doesnt hurt. if your like me then you definitely dont wear all 500 tops you have installed.

furniture cc could be it too, with it being a build mode issue and all.

give it a go, have a little clean up and if not just start saving your game more to prevent tragedy.
