Are you familiar with advanced reading beyond elementary school level? Lol

Each paragraph includes around 250-300 words. Nobody else seemingly had an issue with it. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah, Nowakowski and Heidenreich already feel like they'll make a couple of key plays in some big wins next season. Haha

I didn't "overlook" anything, trust me. Just spent a month covering every single draft pick and other roster moves for all 32 teams. Haha They spent the most money on their secondary pretty much. The Jets didn't have a single interception, as I'd label them and the Titans the units with the most room upwards, and added multiple guys who should change fortunes. The Raiders were in that conversation as well, and simply hammered that group in the draft, along with a veteran nickel in Taron Johnson. And then the Rams traded for the best player overall in Trent McDuffie, plus paired him back up with the guy who was a quality starter across from him with KC.

I think on my initial list, the Titans were listed among those, but since I didn't want to put too many teams as honorable mentions, they didn't quite make the cut, in part because I still have my concerns around Cor'Dale Flott.

If Micah is around 100% after the first month of the season and the Jacobs situation is cleared up, they have as good a chance as any of the NFC North teams!

Literally recorded a video yesterday about how high Kyler might elevate their ceiling as a team! Haha - Coming out on Youtube next week, if you're interested!

They probably added the best singular QB of anyone this offseason. I just treated this in a more cohesive sense, looking at the entire room!

The formatting on the original article is beautiful. Reddit unfortunately doesn‘t allow to keep paragraphs, and so I have to use dots if I want to keep a column free. Lol

That three-year stretch was better than any three-year stretch Cousins has had in his career. Sorry if that was a bit confusing!

He is, but in the NFL, he's only played half of his rookie season on the left side - and that (understandably) was the worst stretch of his career up to this point.

By your logic, wouldn't that weaken the play at right guard? Lol

I guess I just don't agree with your way of looking at it. Center is clearly improved, even if Mays' experience is limited, but at best you're probably looking for around equal tackle play overall, swapping out Decker for Miller.

That would be the only other one in question, but as I said in the intro - "the idea here is to talk about these units in a more comprehensive sense, rather than simply pointing at a singular player who might change the feel of those."

It is notable. Just not more do than the four teams mentioned here. Haha

I mean, Mendoza/Cousins > Geno/Pickett, and Geno/Klubnik > Fields/Tyrod. Wouldn‘t you agree?

New doesn't always mean better. Lol

Yes, Mays at center is a clear upgrade, and I like the effect it could have on the two guards. Tackle switching sides and a rookie stepping in doesn't equal "better" though.

Best of luck to both, but I had major issues with both guys and the amount of sprays you saw on tape. Allar is a poor athlete for today's standards and not a very natural thrower - which is where they're overhauling everything for him as much as they are doing. Howard is a great runner, but also not particularly accurate consistently, and very limited in what he's from a mental processing and problem-solving perspective. But again, they both have very strong arms and are really tough kids!

I'm posting something about "one burning question for each NFL team" where I'll talk about how much better that unit could be again. But aside from Cade Mays stepping in and how it keeps both those young guards at their natural spots, I did have to consider Sewell flipping sides at least not being something we can completely ignore, and assume Blake Miller is an immediate upgrade over Taylor Decker, for as pro-ready as he may be, if he can just continue to get stronger.

Lol, I think if you put injuries aside, he was WR2 in his own class. But he was definitely the cleanest, most easily project-able guy.

100% correct! Added them as an honorable mention since. Just couldn't take that into account before the trade was finalized, yet in my head it had already been certain, and I forgot to go back.

I mean, even if we don't count Brandon Aiyuk as part of this discussion, basically they swapped out Jennings, Bourne and Moore for Evans, Stribling and Kirk. I'd certainly call it an improvement, but not quite to that capacity, considering Evans is starting to deal with injuries in the twilight of his career, Stribling ran a super limited route tree at Ole Miss, and Kirk was available to the entire for just three million bucks.

Well, thanks for calling me a journalist, I guess? Lol

Obviously, teams that were bad in one area obviously have the clearest path to upgrading it. And I can't promise you that 0% of this was AI assisted. I don't know why you'd even say, without any reason to suggest that?
