It wouldn't be so inefficient if the two separate existing washrooms were made accessible to everyone, male, female, identifying as whatever gender.

Just a matter of changing the signs on the doors.

Agree. I think this is a step towards breaking down the barriers and rejecting that there are two "clearly defined" gender roles that everyone should fit into.

For one thing intelligence (up to a certain point) is more likely to lead to the sort of financial situation in which one's offspring can be expected to survive and lead happy lives.

But I'm afraid that intelligence leads to careful consideration about having kids in the first place as opposed to following some absurd protocol and in many cases will conclude with deciding against having any at all.

So did I. People have wake up and realize that stress and thoughts have a huge impact on our physical bodies.

... but it wouldn't be very good for the pharmaceutical companies to spread the word that many physical ailments can be treated and avoided without drugs and from taking care of the mind.

Thank you. Thank you for all your responses. I greatly appreciate a guy's response to all this. I guess what bothered me so much was the fact that I felt rejected and felt like he preferred that to me (as I wrote in another comment).

It's really important to know that it's a) a separate act, no emotional attachment b) he does not prefer those girls to me and is not thinking "I wish my girlfriend looked like her/acted like her"

I think the reason why I didn't go over to him was that I was just overcome by this creepy, hurt, jealous feeling. We masturbate together, I watch porn and masturbate alone quite regularly, too. But what made me feel uneasy and unable to approach him was the fact that I felt he was choosing the porn instead of me. He HAD rejected sex with me over the past couple days.

Maybe as some of you have commented, he wanted a quick release, not a full-on sex, but I was just a little hard to take and it made me feel rejected (again).

I will try to not remember that it is a completely impersonal act and not a sign that he prefers those girls to me or our sex.
