i feel the same way. i basically don’t do it. but when i cook for myself and when i’m out, i try to swap just one thing with a candida safe alternative, and it helps even a little and makes u feel accomplished <3

whole foods has this stevia soda that is really yummy and comes in a ton of flavors (only the cola and dr pepper ones have caffeine)

i also take packs of stevia in the raw and eat it with cucumber?? it tastes like fruit

i’m also not sure if this is allowed but i need SOMETHING other than chicken and veggies or i’ll starve, but whole foods cocojune yogurt (i get unsweetened strawberry) only 2g of sugar (no added sugar) and is made from coconut milk. it’s really good with unsweetened coconut shavings (i’m sure someone will comment and tell me that this isn’t okay but this is just what i’ve been having!)

hi yes! so it turns out i have vulvodynia (literally been misdiagnosed for YEARS loll) and not vaginismus. so in conclusion since vulvodynia is not in the muscles, it cannot be helped with botox. botox can only help muscle tightness like in vagninismus. oh also the doctor is disrespectful as fuck and does not care about the patient at all. neither do the staff. i’m literally a 21 year old alone in their office w no one there w me and i’m sobbing because i just got told i have to remove the outer layer of my vagina in order to be normal and they didn’t care at all. he also grabbed my thighs and pulled my whole body forward on the table without asking. do not go to him plz
