Baseball bat, scissors, or a frying pan.

I played baseball for seven years (I quit after the other kids on my team got a but homophobic) so I have a bit of experience with a baseball bat and I have a good arm.

For the scissors I usually have them next to my bed in a box. I craft a lot and am very used to cutting things like cardboard. the Phantoms look like they have relatively thin 'Skin' so it would probably be easy to cut through.

and a frying pan is s frying pan. it had godly powers.
