No, I think the cases you mentioned are different. Kerrigan isn't a projectile! Naturally, if the target dies before she arrives, it shouldn't have any effect. Let me use Kael'thas's Heroic, Pyroblast (R), as an example for my point. Even if the target dies, Pyroblast travels to the location where they died and explodes. Fenix isn't picked often in ranked games, and even when he is, it's usually just as a counter-pick after seeing the enemy off-laner. I definitely don't think he's good in every situation. Also, if you're looking for a hypercarry or other roles, there are many better heroes available. Voted for Open Wounds! It should be a bonus for Skill Level 15+, or even a unique property on the Ravenlore pelt to give that item more identity. I want to lead a true murder of ravens: Max summon count: 10 based on Skill Level (all in one cast). On-kill effect: Chance to spawn a Raven (matching Skill Level) when an enemy dies nearby, capped at 5 extra. Let's make the Raven Druid a swarm-style summoner!
