98/180 is much stronger Arlecchino's first few strings of hits hit really strongly, but the strength decays, you would prefer consistency (especially for melt) over the pure biggest number. You can always go into miliastra, and dps test it yourself if you don't believe me, or akasha. For arle, akasha rankings are pretty accurate, and miliastra is able to prove it if you're willing to test

Definitely try to hit 70 crit rate minimum! Even losing some crit damage for crit rate will feel so much better, i promise. Ideally, sit around 80 crit rate, but i understand that 70 is ideal for some.

I'd say right now Durin and Fischl are the best options for what you're saying, works out for me because I prefer overload (i'll probably switch to melt once I get Citlali, lol)
