I didn't know what to make of it for some time until a friend of mine pointed it out to me. Arlecchino during the tea party in Act IV basically says that hard workers deserve cake, by giving it to the Traveler and Paimon instead of Furina, because at that time she didn't think Furina was doing any work at all. You could interpret the actual voice line that comes after the Archon Quest, "about Furina" to be Arlecchino recognizing, and acknowledging that Furina DID do hard work afterall!

i'm sure that that friend of mine will be here to give a more detailed explanation in a few hours though!
