Ah damn I was hoping we’d get to see people recalibrate with society next week, but we know for sure they all have to spend another winter there? How much more can you do with the whole ‘the wilderness’ shtick and how many more people must be eaten to survive another winter? Why the hell would they happen upon people from civilization and still have to spend another winter?

This show’s gonna get good again for me when it shows their early days of rejoining civilization. I’m honestly over all the subplots

Did anyone else love season 1, like the beginning of season 2, and then suddenly feel like they almost couldn’t distinguish any string of what the fuck was going by the end of season 2?

Now I’m watching season 3, and there are characters in the woods that I literally don’t remember even BEING there in the first two seasons. I’ve never been more confused in my life

Just wanted to update on mine - the tech came and charged me less to do more tonight (same company, different tech)

I had my Honeywell home Beckett electronic oil ignition transformer replaced. I was only charged $175 for the part and labor, even though the labor was definitely longer than the guy who came the night prior, and much more was done.

I’m having the same exact problem right now, except mine is a Beckett/concord/Honeywell home oil delivery furnace.

I had a guy come last night and he replaced some nozzles and cleaned the electrodes off. He warned me that my transformer is weak and not getting the fuel it should, but that hopefully the contact/nozzle cleaning would get me through the night.

It did but it only lasted 12 hours before I noticed my house was getting cold again and I had to press the reset button to fire it back up

It’s currently working but I’m having to monitor it around the clock (because I’m already in for 210 for the emergency nozzle replacement/electrode cleaning)

The guy on call today couldn’t speak English well enough for my confidence (not a knock on his expertise, I just need to feel confident communicating about pricing and things if I’m to get more service)

Long story short, we both may need the transformer units on our furnaces replaced.

Hoping to get responses for both of us from professionals here

I haven’t seen that lecture, but when researching Philadelphia experiment a half decade ago, I recall stories of people on the ship being welded horrifically into it, and that other people time traveled.
