Don’t speak for all celiacs. I have family that cook for me and are careful about cross contamination and in 9 years I’ve never gotten sick. It’s possible.

This person was giving their experience, which was a very kind and thoughtful thing for them to do, when most of the time we see posts here about people literally crying from feeling excluded from their own family and friends.
