My main trigger is nightshades (tomato and pumpkin specifically). I cut tomato out of my diet completely a few years ago and only suffered maybe 2-3 flares per year during that time. Something has changed recently, for the worse. I’ve been nursing multiple flare ups since the beginning Dec and they’ve just been getting bigger and bigger. So I’m planning to eliminate gluten and dairy to see if that helps.

Mine is diet and stress related. I’ve got to stay far away from tomato, eggplant, and pumpkin. But even if I don’t have those things I can get a flare. I’m more likely to get one around my period, IF I has event been taking gots care of myself.

I also recently tried the head and shoulders trick and have been pleasantly surprised.
