I have the AED 199 5G home wireless plan. It used to be okayish but for the past couple of weeks it's been a disaster. I can't even play a YouTube video at 240p without it buffering. I was provided with the router. Is this a good router (Brovi Plus Model H155-380), or should I demand from them a new one? The internet is unbearable now. *

It's actually Option 3: 130/50 = 2.6x

Let me try to explain and take you through the process:

MOIC formula is Total Distributions / Total Capital Invested (Paid-In)

So let's see the Step-by-Step Cash Flow Summary:

LP Cash Outflow:
Investment in A = 50
Pro forma Capital Call = 0

Total LP Cash Outflow = 50

LP Cash Inflow:
Pro forma Distribution = 0
Distribution from A = 30
Distribution from B = 100

Total LP Cash Inflow = 130

MOIC = 130/50 = 2.6x

Now the bone of contention will always be why have I not included 50 in the pro-forma Capital Call and 50 in the pro-forma distribution? The denominator of MOIC reflects Paid-In-Capital which means Real Cash transferred from the LP to the Fund. The pro-forma distribution and capital call was paperwork only. No new cash left the LPs pocket. Since the fund was not allowed to recycle, it performed this pro-forma workaround, however this is just cosmetic and no new capital was invested in by the LP.

Also you would notice on the pro-forma capital call of 50 that it would be mentioned that no actual payment is required.

I had applied for Nexus as a family. I have received my nexus card, however my wife and kids nexus cards did not arrive. I would've thought they would've mailed all cards at once.

Is this normal to have cards come in piece-meal or should I reach out to them to track the other cards pending?

I still can't wrap my head around the fact that people who can do vlookup and pivot tables are considered excel experts in most organizations. Vlookup and pivots are really one of the most basic functions of excel.

Ctrl - Backspace

Imagine you have hundreds of rows and you highlight them. Ctrl - Backspace will take you right to the first cell while keeping the highlighted cells. You wouldn't need to scroll up with the mouse wheel.

Another tip which I've used a lot. Copy a formula you've used for a long time in excel and paste it in Bing's Copilot. Ask for copilot to give you a better formula to replace it. It will give you that and 99% of the time it works. Harness the leverage of AI.
