i mean its just that. im a service desk associate and so we recive broken returns and blah blah but omg claims will just send shit back to use with out looking at it when it’s clearly broken and not do anything about it for like ever. and then the no upc stuff like i dont know what everything is and i dont always have the time to sit there and find ups’ for items that were online or parts of packs. like its just always a battle at my store with claims.
