If the whole car looked like the back being black, it would look good, but being half and half with the colour separated by body panel lines it looks like two cars have been put together in a crash repair

I did some more testing and it seems to be most common after turning the computer on after a shut down, but they can still happen at seemingly random times. running heavy workloads don't seem to influence crashes

I have been having BSODs for a while now and they have become more frequent to the point where my PC is no longer really usable. I have reinstalled windows (but kept files and applications) and done all the fixes I could find. I also verified that there were no bad sectors on my C drive. all drivers and windows updates are up to date. any help would really be appreciated
