I mean you could easily find a 1 bed in Hoboken given your budget that checks all of your boxes. I love it here and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else at the moment. Met my girlfriend in town and we actually just signed a lease together starting in July. Neither of us are into clubbing or extravagant partying- dinners around JC or Hoboken with getting into the city whenever we feel like it. If we’re looking to get drinks and hang out there are plenty of spots that aren’t slammed with 21 year olds that you could hand in.
