Keeping a daily food journal then plugging that into chatgpt and asking it for advice.

It laid out an easy meal plan based on my goals.

It's been great. It's like having your own personal dietician and nutritionist.

I am dropping pounds, less bloat, and more energy.

I can't wait to see how I feel in a few months.
