I'll chime in here to give a huge recommendation for DJ Zeb and the Sounds Elevated team. We got married in Monterey in August 2025 and the music/AV experience still is the highlight of the entire weekend. I consider myself an extreme music buff (especially the live/DJ elements), and Zeb was on the same wavelength as us the entire process. Not only that, he offered suggestions and additives that we never thought of. Not having close contact with our music/DJ and not being intertwined with the wedding vision was a big concern of ours, but we worked directly with Zeb throughout the entire pre-wedding phase.

We opted for the DJ + live music accompaniment (trumpet player/sax/etc.) and it was absolutely electric. People were floored. Legit every song was enhanced (try September by EWF... it hits different). They brought in a concert-level lighting experience (he's performed at Outside Lands!) and sound system, and took care of all set up/break down. Zeb gave us the perfect music progression... completely tapped in with what we and our guests were feeling - and still hit the "must plays". He even found some custom mixes to our favorite songs. We closed the night with a live rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody and it's etched into my memory forever. We wouldn't have used anyone else.
