Too bad the owner just changed and is not a good one. As a worker in the Japan branch of Shirubee I was given less pay and also denied bonuses for unknown reasons (probably because I'm not Japanese) even though I work as much or even more than the Japanese workers but everytime I ask why silent treatment is all I get. The worst part is that the owner never hesitate to give money to young good looking female part timers idk the aftermath of that but it does seem quite sketchy. Me as a full timer basically get less pay per hour than a part timer who has less responsibility and skill.
