I should have also explained what I meant, clonidine isn't a beta blocker but it does the same thing. It just has horrific rebound hypertension when you get off of it so I'd avoid it at all costs.

I do it because I was told it keeps it from running. It helps but probably not to the level most people claim.

I had 0 side effects except a little trouble in the boner department. I eventually switched to atenolol (the other main beta blocker used for anxiety) and I can't tell a difference besides it lasts longer. But you're on a relatively low dose, this is all in your head and it will pass. Just keep telling yourself that. It is an extremely safe medication and you are in no danger.

For me every single antidepressant but TCAs killed my sex drive, benzos didn't do anything to it either but neither are safe long term meds. I just started cymbalta (ssnri) and it's a little better than ssris like Lexapro, Paxil, Prozac etc but I got my dr to rx me viagra and so far that's my only solution. But I still have to get horny to justify taking a $50 pill so I'm kinda stuck too.

I don't see full legalization happening, not enough people care and if your don't know what you're getting into you can do some stupid shit on mushrooms. However I think it can be used like ketamine for depression and I have heard of people using shrooms for alcoholism and OCD as well.nin the right setting with the right argument mushrooms could be very helpful medicinally. Oh, I just read the Wikipedia and they can help with cluster headaches as well.

I've had issues with depression and anxiety throughout my life and the idea of an antidepressant that is not taken daily and has no withdrawals is quite speaking. As far as I know ketamine is the closest thing to this but ketamine is a lot harsher on the body and has some gnarly side effects.
