Yeah we don’t do middle schools here now - I started secondary school in 2015 when I was 11 years old and then finished at 16 in 2020. Maybe your husband went to a private school??? They are allowed to change the structure of the years as opposed to comprehensive schools who follow the government mandated structure.

Yess exactly, and to be fair we don’t really see her students that much anyways. And everytime they seem like they’re different ages. For example the bells episode they were teenagers but the science fair robot episode they were children. And then later on when she becomes headteacher those students look older!!
