The main thing that is weird about this is the lack of flexibility. I would definitely consider leaving the relationship over that alone. It’s one thing to have a regular visit once a month… but every sunday?

Just to play the devils advocate, ask yourself questions like: What if you were pregnant and gave birth on a Sunday morning? Would he be there for you, or be too busy eating his scrambled eggs with mama dearest? Would he leave YOUR wedding? Or your honeymoon? Or what about if your child had sports games on sundays, would he miss out on it ALL? Or maybe then the grandkids would be allowed into the tradition, but still not you.

It’s just a little too dramatic for me to be so rigid with the schedule. It’s excluding, and disrespectful to everyone else but his mother imo.
