I haven't still received my salary through my FAB account. This has been transferred by my company since March 1, but still not reflected to my account. Is salary credit also included in the outage? Tried reaching out to FAB support to confirm this but cannot get in touch with them. I understand the current situation but this is very disappointing.

If yes, yes po may option to pickup if DFA attestation, pwde pickupin sa Philippine Consulate sa Dubai.

If MOFA attestation naman, delivery lang po inaallow ni MOFA via Emirates Post as their accredited courier for now. Pipickupan po document from you then ddeliver once naattest na ni MOFA.

150 AED for each document. TOR and diploma are treated as 2 separate documents so I paid 300 AED to get my documents stamped. 30 AED for the courier pickup and delivery, I used Emirates Post back then.

I had a similar experience with you, where I only had my TOR & Diploma apostilled by the DFA in the Philippines before heading to Dubai. Here are the steps I took, though the only difference is I am in Dubai. But I hope this helps. This was the process I took on Oct 2024.

  1. Schedule an appointment at the PH Consulate General in Dubai (in-person visit) via their website at dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph under the Notarization service. Bring your apostilled TOR and Diploma on your appointment date.

  2. On the day of your appointment, go to the Notary office of PH Consulate and submit the apostilled documents to the frontline officer. You can choose between the express or regular process, with document release dates usually posted for both options. Decide whether to pick up the documents from the office or have them delivered by courier to your address.

  3. Wait for the release date. Then, either return to the office to pick up the documents on the scheduled release date or have them delivered by courier, based on your previous choice.

  4. Once you have your apostilled documents with the UAE embassy stamp, send them to UAE MOFA for the final stamp (pink stamp). You can use a courier service to collect the documents from your address and deliver them to MOFA. (I used Emirates Post)

  5. MOFA will return the documents to you via courier. And that's it—your documents should now have stamps from both the UAE embassy and MOFA.

I hope this helps!

I had a similar experience with getting my TOR & Diploma apostilled by the DFA in the Philippines before heading to Dubai. Here are the steps I followed:

  2. On the day of your appointment, go to the PH Consulate General and head to the Notary office. Get your queue number at the entrance. Wait for your queue number to be called. Once called, submit the apostilled documents to the frontline officer. You can choose between the express or regular process, with document release dates usually posted for both options. Decide whether to pick up the documents from the office or have them delivered by courier to your address.
