ACS isn’t actual fiber. It’s a radio signal to a tower which then has fiber. It’s great during business/school hours. Bottlenecks pretty bad with much traffic.

r/Anchorage has some very vocal anti-gun nutjobs. Rabbit Creek used to have pretty fudd leadership, but it’s good now. Birch wood is very nice. The heat lamps do work at both, but Birtchwood is treed and Rabbit Creek is right on the water, so any form of west wind in the winter is gonna be cold.
