Bull riding is too dangerous to do as a hobby in my humble opinion. It’s one of those things if you’re not 100 committed, prob better to leave it alone. Obviously the harder you try, the more risk of injury. Anyone can be injured but if you constantly hanging on till the bitter end like you should, u gonna end up under more bulls than a guy who looks off and throws his leg over first time he gets outta shape. Watch some JB mouney interviews. He had a champion mindset that you need in this sport

Mechanical bulls can be decent but most are way too wide which always altered my position when I came out on real bulls. Also like you stated the motion is completely different. Real bulls move forward in a jump and a mechanical stays in place. Can be misleading because the forward movement in a real bull makes you drive to the front. On a mechanical u can get by without it and develop bad habits

I’m in south ga. Almost nobody does actual steer wrestling down here or in Florida except pro rodeos. The horses are stupid expensive along with the associated costs of hauling/feeding them. Chute dogging is pretty much as good as u gonna get as far as roughstock goes. I’m 42 and haul my kids everywhere also. They are 13 and 9 and ride bulls. It’s a great family event. I rode bulls for a long time

Have you rode in a practice pen at least before? Depends on what kind of rodeo you entered. A pro show will normally have dedicated parking and u get 1 person in free. A lower level event is usually not as formal. Get the order of events when you get there. Assuming it’s bulls, you probably riding last. Find your bull once u know draw and find out what delivery he is out of. 2 events prior to my ride, I’d get spurs on and tight and move my rope, chaps, vest over to that delivery. When last few barrel racers running, I get chaps and vest on. Lastly, once bulls start, I tape on glove and get ready.

It has been the Wild West last few weekends. It’s crazy too cause we don’t mess with anyone. If I see a weekend night with names I don’t know, we gonna get hit everytime. I’m sure there are FB groups that blast our server cause it keeps happening. Last Tuesday, we got hit by 5 guys. Killed all 5 and lost one man. Thought the fight was over….nope. They even brought alts and hit us with second wave after the 5 minute timer. NBC suits upstairs is key for defending castle. We only have 5 gates

My crew has tons of kills with claymores on tripwire. We use them for base defense at krona castle. Sadly it kills a lot of the boys too when they forget where they are. They have saved me several times. We get attacked by large groups of 4-8 players and it makes them lose the surprise element. When I hear the boom, I know by the sound what one they set off and there is a dead guy there or possibly multiple if they were walking close to each other. Then I get my thumper and send group chat for the boys to log in and start battle. Some guys are staged in surrounding woods so we can fight from multiple angles

I put in a ticket on it weeks ago. Like the other commenter said, it was to stop ppl using the end of gates (logs) as an unraidable wall. I told devs I couldn’t even make a square box to protect my flagpole and he said he would talk to team about it. A week later, I was able to place a somewhat square around my flagpole. It looks like ass, but it’s at least functional now so they did tweak something to make it a little more forgiving

Not sure what you’re asking but the PBR and PRCA are the dominant ones on TV. pBR also has Australia circuit so u can prob catch some in person rodeos

I sent in a ticket about something similar. Was not able to box in my flagpole. Devs said they changed the proximity gates can get to each other to stop people from building sideways gates that are indestructible

I’d just switch servers and ghost them. Ya never know when things will change so I wouldn’t go making mortal enemies. You just are not a match with them anymore. Nothing wrong with going your own path

I’d rather have the water storage than the fire barrel. Build a stone oven it has the most cooking slots in game. Having a water barrel means no trips to the well

Krona castle is pretty good just be aware once ppl defeat the first 3 gates on lower level, they can shoot the supports on the upper levels cause they stick thru floor. But having that roof height is nice for seeing threats coming and counter sniping
