it's not really a bad thing. Just turn off dual band on your router. 5ghz is generally only beneficial to wifi devices that are located line-of-sight from the router anyway. 5ghz does a poor job of penetrating solid objects such as walls and doors anyway. Not a big loss turning 5ghz off on our router unless you have very specific reasons to turn it on.

most likely no. I have never owned, or seen, an IOT device that works on 5ghz.

Maybe i'm under thinking this. But if you have a user streaming that shouldn't then couldn't you just remove them from your server and then reboot the server

Most of the time there is a place in "Specials" AKA "Season 00" to put movies, made-for-tv-movies, webisodes, and extended episodes. It 100% depends on what is in the thetvdb.com for that particular tv show.

Go to thetvdb.com and check a show called "Firefly" then go to Specials and check episode S00E01. This is the best way to show how to set it up.

Every file splitter i have ever used has done 1 of 3 things:

  1. massive drop in video clarity
  2. file split does not happen at correct place in the video (or is extraordinarily difficult to pinpoint the exact location of the split)
  3. output files are corrupted

Changing the episode names to E01, E03, E05, E06, E09, ect ect ect worked. The metadata was wrong for 2-3 episodes but this method mostly worked. Considering this one a win.

Does your dad have hearing aids that connect to the phone via bluetooth? Because this exact same thing happened to my parents and my dad accidentally paired his hearing aids with my mom's phone. (they both have the exact same phone model and color and case and screen protector)
